Aloha my wonderful merfolk!
As you know, a couple of weeks ago I met up with some of my Disney friends in Manchester. If you want to know what we got up to, you can read my blog post on the meet up here.
Naturally, I was going to spend money. I had told myself to limit how much I spent that day, but of course, I saw things I liked and wanted and thought, why not?
So here I what I bought during the Manchester Disney Meet Up.
Disclaimer: This is in no way a post bragging about money or being able to buy things. I simply want to share the Disney goodies I bought, with you guys.
Our first stop was the Disney Store, which was having a 50% off mid-season sale.
As I had already bought a couple of the Monsters Inc tsum tsums on release day to avoid disappointment, I hadn’t thought about buying more of the collection as I assumed they would have been sold out. Happily however, there were plenty left in the Manchester Disney Store and so, I purchased Roz and Randall to go with my ever growing collection of tsum tsums.
I also spent a lot of time deciding which mug to buy. I love Disney mugs and would happily own them all. After a lot of humming and harring, I decided on this Peter Pan mug. I love the lost boys and this song always gets stuck in my head. So why not?
I also got myself a Princess bag to carry it all in, instead of a regular carrier bag.
The next stop was Travelling Man. I didn’t buy much here as there wasn’t much I wanted to get. I did however purchase a Big Hero 6 mystery key ring bag. Some of the other girls did too and we all opened them together. You can see this mystery bag opening in Sammy’s vlog of the day which I shall post below:
I had said that I would love to get GoGo, Honey or Mochi and look who popped out of y mystery bag:
Next we went to Forbidden Planet, another comic book store. In here I purchased two Funko Pops; one for myself and one for my housemates birthday.
Loki is for my housemate and Jack is for myself. I’ve always loved Funko Pops from afar and never bought one before. If I had had the money, and space in my house, I could have bought so many more of these. They’re all so fabulous!
Finally, we went to Primark, where I can’t not buy anything. I only came out with two things though which I am super proud of myself for.
The Pyjamas I saw and instantly knew I had to have them. I love Primarks range of £6 summer pyjamas! The Ariel bath mit was an impulse buy at the till.
Although I spent more than I had planned too originally, I still feel like I managed to hold back on spending more money than I actually can afford.
Have you bought anything Disney related recently?
