Aloha my wonderful merfolk!
I love watching television shows about ghosts. I love the idea of haunted buildings and that every spirit has their own story and reason for staying behind. Now I know what you’re thinking; a lot of these reality shows about ghost hunting are dramatised for the views. Yes, possibly. Doesn’t make them any less enjoyable.
One of my favourites is Ghost Adventures, hosted by Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley and Billy Tolley. I love the places they go to investigate and they get some pretty good evidence. Over the past 13 seasons, I have gained many favourite episodes and places they have visited. I want to share my favourite episodes with you guys.
Please be aware that this blog post will contain spoilers for those who have not seen this show or at least certain episodes.
No matter what you think of these programs or believe about ghosts, please keep any comments respectful of anyone elses beliefs on this subject.
Without further ado, let’s talk about my favourite episodes of Ghost Adventures.
I don’t mind which episode it is that the Ghost Adventures Crew visit Bobby Mackeys, it’s always interesting! From demon voices to physical attacks, Bobby Mackeys is sure to leave an impression on you; and a lasting one at that. Below is the crews first visit to Bobby Mackeys and the it’s the episode that started the series as a whole.
This episode sticks in my mind due to the fact that one item of the crews equipment, caught a stick figure ‘performing surgery’ on former crew member Nick Groff. As this stick figure appears, Nick feels a sudden pain in his abdomen. It was the first time something like this had been captured on video by the GA crew and it sticks in my mind.

This episode was a Halloween special and I believe Nicks last appearance with the Ghost Adventures Crew. It was nice seeing the GA crew investigate a little closer to home; I think they should do it more often!
Another Halloween special. This time the crew visit Transylvania in order to make contact with the ghost of Vlad the Impaler. What impresses me about this episode is that they capture an EVP saying Vlad that sounds extremely Romanian. It’s fascinating!
This is one of the newer episodes and is an investigation of the Museum that is owned by Zak Bagans. This museum is not open to the public yet as Zak has been worried about the entities that dwell within as there’s been a few cases of dark happenings.
Before this episode, I had never heard of the ZoZo demon. After watching this episode, I am so glad I hadn’t when I was younger and a lot less clued up about the paranormal.
These are just a few of my most favourite episodes; ones that I could watch over and over again without getting bored. I love every episode of Ghost Adventures, but these are my favourite.
