Aloha my wonderful merfolk!
Ever since I came home from Disneyland on November 3rd, I have seen the updates of the wonderful Christmas season all over Twitter. It has made me miss home so much that I know I have to return back at quickly as possible. As a visit during this Christmas season seems rather unlikely, I’ll have to organise a visit for 2017.
In the mean time, I thought I would share with you what is happening in Disneyland Paris this Christmas season (which started back in early November).
The wonderful Disneyland Paris Christmas tree makes it’s grand return this year, as does the snowmen down on the hub. I love the garlands that hang above Main Street USA and around the tops of the buildings. I feel garlands are so Christmassy!
The gingerbread house also makes it return in the Disneyland Hotel.
Royal Christmas Wishes returns this year.
As does the Frozen Sing-Along in the Chapparall Theatre in Frontierland. I believe this also marks a return for Arendelle market.
Santa and Mickey return for the Christmas Tree Lighting that happens once a day on weekdays and twice at weekends:
The wonderful Christmas Cavalcade returns again this year and says hello to a new float. This wonderfully cartoony float hosts Clarabelle, Max Goof and Pluto.
As of the 19th of November, the Toy Factory float has been a part of the cavalcade.
Disney Dreams of Christmas returns for it’s final year this season.
After a few years break, Goofy’s Jingle Bell Band returns to Videopolis; 5 times a day!
During EMH, you can meet your favourites in their Christmas finest, as well as Mickey in his Meet Mickey pavillion:
During the Christmas season, you can also meet Mickey & Minnie in Front Lot over in Walt Disney Studios, Scrooge McDuck near Casey Jr in Fantasyland, Thumper and Miss Bunny by Casey’s Corner, Marie at the Boarding House on Main Street USA, Sandy Claws by Phantom Manor in Frontierland and finally, you can meet Santa Clause up until Christmas Day in Meet Mickey in Fantasyland.
An exclusive meet and greet at Disneyland Paris this Christmas season, is Moana! You can meet her in the Walt Disney Studios at the Art of Disney Animation!
I really wish I could return for this Christmas season, especially to see Disney Dreams of Christmas for the first and last time before it disappears and is replaced for the 25th.
Are you visiting or have visited for the 2016 Christmas season?
