An Orange Disneybound: The Firebird

Aloha my wonderful merfolk!

I am back onto my Rainbow Disneybound challenge with the colour orange. Of course as you know, I was cheeky and skipped orange to do yellow first as it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. However, I’m taking up the challenge of orange today with a Fantasia 2000 Disneybound.

I’m choosing to do a Disneybound of the Firebird from the finale.

33. Fantasia 2000

Firstly, let’s have a look at the Firbird:

Now let’s have a look at my Disneybound:

This orange dress I found on Collect If clothing. The sash around the middle can be removed so there is no mismatched colours for this Disneybound. Team the orange dress with an orange cardigan to match. This one I found on Amazon and it isn’t expensive.

Yellow is another colour that features in fire and is seen when the Firebird first bursts out from within the volcano. I found these yellow T-bar shoes on Collect If Clothing. The orange frilly socks are from eBay and again, are not very expensive.

As this is a Firebird Disneybound, my first thought was for Phoenix jewellery. A phoenix is a bird that bursts into flames when it is time for it to die. A baby Phoenix is then reborn from those ashes. The Phoenix earrings are from a shop called Fairy Cakes on etsy. The necklace, which is also from etsy, is from a shop called World of Dream.

Make-up wise, give your eyes a firey look with the orange and yellow eye shadows from the I Heart Bright Eyeshadow pallet from Make-Up Revolution. Top this up with some liquid eyeliner, also from Make-Up Revolution. The final touches is some black lipstick; make a bold statement!

a mermaid be waiting for you, in mysterious fathoms below
