My Top 3 Zootropolis Characters!

Aloha my wonderful merfolk!

Zootropolis is one of my favourite modern Disney movies for many reasons. I think the story is fantastic, the animation is wonderful and there are so many characters that really bring the story to life and teach us morals and values that are important to follow and use in daily life.

Today, I thought I would share with you my top three characters from Zootropolis.

50. Zootopia

3. Nick Wilde

At first, you don’t want to like Nick Wilde. At first you think he’s nothing but a sly fox that has it out for Judy, however, as the film goes on, you grow to love this fox and realise he’s a wonderful friend for Judy. He helps her when she’s most in need, he forgives her following her outburst about predators and in the end, he is allowed to follow up on his childhood dream. I know his childhood dream was to be a member of the Junior Ranger Scouts but it’s the same kind of principal; a uniform, a team to work with etcetera.

2. Flash

Flash, Flash, one hundred yard dash. This character had me belly laughing, and he’s only a minor character with very little screen time. I think he’s adorable, even with his incredibly slow demeanour. The part in the DMV may have some people on the edge of their seat screaming at him to hurry up, but I couldn’t help but just chuckle along with Judy’s frustrations. And the ending! Who would have expected an ending like that? Genius!

1. Judy Hopps

Why is Judy Hopps number one I hear you ask? Well, Judy Hopps is number one because even though she is a bunny, I feel like she is a brilliant role model for children and adults a like. She’s determined, she looks failure in the eye and says not today and she’s committed to proving she is worth her position. She shows that with hard work, you can fully live your dream and no matter what anyone else says or thinks, you shouldn’t give up hope. Follow your dreams. You do you. Own it and kick butt!
